I am a values-driven self-starter, shaped by an unconventional life path. Growing up in a small town in Oregon, I was one of five children raised by a single (very hardworking) mother. I learned the value of work ethic early in my first job at 13, and I've found purpose in every role I've taken on since then. That mindset helped me to jumpstart my career: in my second year of university, I landed my first full-time SaaS sales role, balancing classes with 100+ daily cold calls and absorbing everything I could as the youngest employee at a 300-person company in Austin, TX.
Alongside my studies and sales career, I pursued non-profit work, helping women in Kashmir to earn stable incomes to support their families, and funding drone and robotics innovation for endangered wildlife protection around the world. I also contributed to cognitive development research at the University of Oregon, using eye-tracking technology to study how low-income home environments shape early learning. After 4 years of grinding, I was rewarded with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Sciences and Business as a first-generation graduate — and along the way, I found my passion for the fast-paced, chaotic and fulfilling startup world.
Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to helping SaaS founders across the US and Europe to build and scale revenue teams, working as a top-performing sales rep, a strategic GTM leader, and a Sales Enablement consultant. I’ve worked in Silicon Valley with success stories like DocSend ($165M acquisition), high-growth AI startups like Knotch in New York, and many others in between.
In 2022, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to Paris, which led to my most recent adventure: co-founding an AI startup focused on making repair data more accessible for sustainable consumption of electronics, starting with micromobility vehicles and bikes.
Outside of work, you can usually find me painting or reading at home, on the mat in a Pilates studio, or at the park with my dog, Tam.
I am the founder and CEO of an AI-native startup specializing in data aggregation and computer vision. We create tailored AI solutions to address big data challenges in the circular economy, like making repair and aftersales data more accessible. Starting with micromobility, we empower non-technical users throughout a sustainable product lifecycle: simply snap a photo of your ebike, and we'll identify the model, share a list of parts, provide maintenance recommendations, match part compatibility, and help you create a marketplace instantly when it's time to sell, helping you get the most value out of your bike.

Consistently exceeded quota (110%+) as a top enterprise seller, closing deals with accounts like Amazon, Citibank, Facebook, and Dropbox. Drove $2M+ in ARR by managing full customer journeys, collaborating with CSMs to increase adoption, and delivering data-driven insights to C-Level executives on content performance and attribution.
I was hired following DocSend's Series A round to build and scale the Enterprise Customer Success organization from the ground-up, achieving net-positive retention with key clients like Dow Jones, CBS and The New York Times. As an early employee, I helped to recruit a top-tier CS team in San Francisco, lead 'voice of the customer' product initiatives and implemented data-driven health models to optimize client engagement and retention.
